Section 9
To Collect List And To Identify
(1) The concerned Local Level shall have to collect the list as prescribed setting out the detailed identity and settlement conditions of the persons and families to be provided with the housing facility.
(2) The Local Level shall have to provide the details of the list collected pursuant to sub-section (1) to the Government of Nepal through the Provincial Government.
